Things heard on the trail
The Mac 50K ... Gathering of the Tribes.
I was told there would be no hills.
You've got this!
Sounds like those triathlons are making you soft!
You know your 50K is going badly when you're into the second night.
Moderation has its place. It ain't here.
Pace yourself ... the race is not won in the early miles, but can easily be lost there.
Lobo will be leading the run so we may not make it out from the maze!
Every run is a gift.
Toenails are for wimps.
You start a 100-miler in the best shape of your life, and you finish in the worst shape of your life.
You're almost done. Hookers and blow are waiting for you at the finish line.
Your walk says it all.
Nice tail.
Trail runner coming through. Everyone move over.
She's got quads, and she knows how to use them.
GPS watches are joy suckers
We're ultra runners ... we do everything slowly.
