Things heard on the trail
- The Mac 50K ... Gathering of the Tribes.
- I was told there would be no hills.
- You've got this!
- Sounds like those triathlons are making you soft!
- You know your 50K is going badly when you're into the second night.
- Moderation has its place. It ain't here.
- Pace yourself ... the race is not won in the early miles, but can easily be lost there.
- Lobo will be leading the run so we may not make it out from the maze!
