A great big crew came out for this one!

Fools Relay, Newport

Had a blast yesterday with Gaby and Ken at the Fools Relay. This is a 6 hour event, with a 2 loop course of 6 miles ... you complete as many loops as you can in the 6 hours. A fair bit of climb. I managed 11 loops for a total of about 33 miles, and the win! Granted, there were only about 10 runners in the solo category, but I'll take it :) Gaby and Ken did real well too, completing 10 loops each. Beer, pizza, and a bonfire afterward. Totally awesome sauce!

Silver Falls

Had a really nice run with a great crew at Silver Falls today. Must have passed about 10 falls altogether. Very sweet!

Lithia Loop Trail Marathon

Had a fun time in Ashland this past weekend with Guy and Erika running Lithia Loop. The course has just one hill, but it goes for about 8 miles with about 3,000' of climb. Mostly forest road, but much of the descent was a crazy bunch of single track switchbacks that never seemed to end. Lots of fun! Finished in about 3:58. Happy with that.
